- All listed prices for accommodation are concerned as “Early Internet Purchase – FIRST MOMENT” and already include 10% discount. The rack rates at the Front Desk are at least 10% higher.
- All listed prices are for the whole studio or apartment per week, no matter how many people are there. The prices include all alternative services such as electric energy, water, heating, toilet-sets, linens, towels and final cleaning.
- The price does not include transportation, insurance, boarding, guarded parking lot or garage, Internet access.
- The reservation cannot be made for less than 2 nights (48hours)
- In the winter season from 15.12. till 15.3. of every year – it is not possible to make a reservation for less than one week (Saturday – Saturday). Shorter stays than a week must be agreed in advance.
Boarding:
- In the kitchen of the apartment for free. Grocery store is only 50m away.
- Breakfast – buffet – 6€ /day/person, children up to 11 years of age – 3€/day/child
- Half board (3 courses) – 12€day/person, children – 6€/day/child
Parking:
- Unguarded parking lot for free
- Guarded parking lot 6€/day
- In the garage 15€/day
Extra charges:
- Wi-Fi Internet: 15 €/stay
- Rollaway / extra bed: 10€/day
- Pets: quiet and small – 10€/day
- Local fee: 19 CZK/day/person, children to 15 years of age 4 CZK/day
- Refundable deposit: 100€ / apartment / during your stay
